Count me as one of your friends who thought your decision was brave, energizing and inspirational -- not crazy!

Thank you Shirley! One of the greatest gifts you give our friendship is your acceptance of who I am. Priceless.

I traded in my house in Virginia and opted for RV life when I was 56. It's been the best decision of my life. Zero regrets.

I love that! I've never regretted those decisions where I just kind of took a leap of faith. Sounds like what you did. Make your way to Portland, and we'll have a drink together!

I was in Oregon most of last month. So many beautiful sights. Fell in love with the Rogue River.

Now you know I'm not that brave after all... Thanks for being an important part of my writing journey.

I'm coming over from Jessica's Zoom meeting. Your story intrigued me since I got rid of everything to live solo in my RV for 4 years. They were the most amazing years of discovery. I did it for the same reasons you are "Is this all there is?" Divorced, empty-nested and always longing to travel this was my best option. I very much look forward to more of your adventures with your husband.

Safe travels!
